About the event

As part of Kitty's Laundrette's Local History Events, The Spirit of Liverpool will be hosting two workshops. In this first one, Monika and Michael will be telling their own story including researching and screening film archive. They will try to define what community archive is and how archive approaches local history.

Kitty’s Launderette is a community launderette and social hub based in  Anfield/Everton. They want to use their space to facilitate a place for people to gather, talk and learn. This series of local history events  aims to do just that with the programme reflecting the diverse histories  of our beautiful city.

It is Free to attend this workshop, but please register in advance as there is limited capacity.
