About the event

As part of Kitty's Laundrette's Local History Events, The Spirit of Liverpool will be hosting two workshops. In this second workshop, Monika and Michael will be showing how you can find film archive on local history, as well as tips on how to become a community archivist. This session will touch upon digitisation and how home movie videos are part of growing the local history of an area.

Kitty’s Launderette is a community launderette and social hub based in  Anfield/Everton. They want to use their space to facilitate a place for people to gather, talk and learn. This series of local history events  aims to do just that with the programme reflecting the diverse histories  of our beautiful city.

It is Free to attend this workshop, but please register in advance as there is limited capacity.
